Damages and Issues
Please inspect your Simplicity order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Request for Replacement

Simplicity Beverage Company has a 5-day "Request for Replacement" policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your Simplicity Beverage Company order to request a replacement of damaged or otherwise undrinkable product.  Any product that is damaged or otherwise not fit to be consumed should be discarded/recycled properly after pictures of the damaged product(s) have been taken.

To start a Request for Replacement, contact us at info@simplicitybeverage.com. Please include a brief description of the challenge with your order along with pictures of the damaged and/or unconsumable product(s).

If your Request for Replacement is accepted, we’ll will promptly replace the affected items in your order or offer a refund.  Items that are damaged or defective should be properly discarded/recycled after pictures have been taken.  Returns of any liquid item should not be sent and will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The goal of Simplicity Beverage Company is to provide only the highest quality teas/lemonades to our customers, but we do understand that from time to time things can happen during the shipping and delivery process.  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received a Request for Replacement or refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
